16 carriages drivin’ away while I watch them ride with my dreams away    

All I have is God on the inside

Screaming through the darkness, no one heard.

Tried my family, they snatched me behind. 

Started saying no, then they scattered with all lies

As a baby my innocence was gone astray, watched the adults take everything away

I saw mother lying, I saw daddy cryin'

All my tender problems had to leave behind 

Groomed for the demons, disguised as a dad

Gave me children, scared but glad

If I love them they will love me back

Being beat and overwhelmed 

I did my best and I'm not done yet, still working on my life you know.
